A Writer Branding identity
Writers are the sum of their experiences, and a writer’s exposure determines their word choice. This very concept was the
branding starting point of a fiction writer. As the writer was Saudi yet inspired by the Spanish culture, it was the primary
source of inspiration behind designing her brand identity. Gaudi’s mosaic art influenced the project as it reflects the eclectic
experience that stands behind her imagination. The narrow and curvey roads in Spain were illustrated with warm colors and
curvy lines. We used an Illustrative style to make the identity flexible and adaptive. It can be molded to any future application
the writer would like to apply in promoting her publications or herself.
The book design won an award, and a tv series was created using the book.
